In these Terms:

  • “You”, “Your” refers to any consumer or trade customer purchasing from Us. 
  • “Goods” refers to all products listed for sale on Our Website. 
  • “Consumer” means an individual acting outside their trade, business, or profession. 
  • “Trade Customer” means a person or business purchasing Goods for commercial or professional use. 
  • “Website” means www.ambhygiene.co.uk or any page hosted by Us. 
  1. Application of These Terms

2.1 By using Our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 2.2 No person under the age of 18 may purchase Goods.
 2.3 These Terms apply to all transactions, whether conducted online or directly.

  1. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 Orders are accepted when confirmed via email or written communication.
 3.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders at Our discretion.
 3.3 If Goods are unavailable, We will offer an alternative or refund.
 3.4 By purchasing professional-use products, You confirm you understand the safety and application guidance.

  1. Prices & Payment

4.1 Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
 4.2 Prices may change at any time prior to order confirmation.
 4.3 Payment is taken at the point of order. Payment terms for trade accounts are available upon request.
 4.4 All payments via the Website are treated the same regardless of client type.

  1. Delivery

5.1 Standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days from dispatch.
 5.2 Goods are delivered via third-party couriers.
 5.3 Delivery is complete once Goods are signed for at the provided address.
 5.4 We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
 5.5 Delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Cancellation & Returns

6.1 If You are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch, for a full refund.
 6.2 If the order has already been dispatched, you must return the Goods in their original condition within 14 days.
 6.3 We reserve the right to deduct delivery charges and/or apply a restocking fee where applicable.
 6.4 Goods must not be opened or used and should be returned in suitable packaging.
 6.5 For Goods cancelled after dispatch, the customer is responsible for return postage.
 6.6 Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods

7.1 Claims for damaged or shortfall Goods must be made within 28 days of delivery.
 7.2 Evidence (e.g. photographs) may be required.
 7.3 Replacements or refunds will be issued once the claim is verified.

  1. Use of Goods

8.1 Products marked as “Professional Use Only” must be used in accordance with provided instructions.
 8.2 It is Your responsibility to ensure safe storage, handling, and use.
 8.3 All safety data sheets are available on product pages. Will we be sending MSDS are shipped physically with orders.

  1. Trade Purchases & Bulk Orders

9.1 Trade customers may request a trade account for bulk pricing and tailored terms.
 9.2 All terms herein apply to trade and consumer purchases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Our total liability is limited to the value of the Goods purchased.
 10.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
 10.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.

11.1 All content on the Website, including logos, images, and product descriptions, remains the property of AMB Hygiene LTD.
 11.2 You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Our content without prior written permission.
