Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
If your order has been dispatched, you can return it within 14 days in unused, original condition.
Returning an item:
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and securely packaged.
Refunds:
We aim to process refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your return.
We may deduct the original delivery cost and apply a restocking fee.
Received something damaged?
Please contact us within 28 days of delivery.
We’ll ask for evidence (like photos) and will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
