AMB Hygiene has been providing a cross functional cleaning programme to our site for over three years, with scheduled cleaning and support to ensure the site remains at the highest standard possible. This includes a full review of site hygiene standards, auditing, bespoke cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialised equipment cleaning. AMB Hygiene also work with us to develop and support SOP chemical training (cleaning).

The Heavenly Bake Co Limited
We manufacture a range of cakes from slices to loaf cakes which are mainly sold in the food service sector.
AMB initially supplied chemicals for cleaning our equipment, floors and aluminium trays.
They assisted with data, cleaning cards and support to the cleaning staff. For the last 3 years AMB have also supplied a range of PPE from aprons, gloves, cleaning clothes etc.
We have worked with AMB to implement chemical training and to produce cleaning cards. The range of products supplied by AMB have been excellent. They provide excellent service; an order is usually received within 3 working days.
As a BRC AA site we have had comments on the products and services provided by AMB.
AMB provided additional support in Covid times and were willing to source equipment and materials to keep all our staff safe.
Classic Cuisine Limited
We are a food production company that produces bespoke gourmet meals, ready meals and desserts to a variety of restaurants, retail outlets, pubs and breweries.
We have been working with AMB for around 8 years. They provide us with approved cleaning products, conduct regular hygiene audits and offer expert advice on any microbiological, chemical or hygiene issues we have. They also provide on-site group and one to one training alongside creation of cleaning cards for equipment.

Just Egg (Chilled Foods) Ltd
We are a family run business based in Leicestershire specialising in the manufacture of hard boiled eggs, poached eggs and egg mayonnaise. We are based across two manufacturing sites and employ approximately 50 people. Our sites are BRC AA and Retailer approved and we supply our products directly into retail, food service and manufacturing.
We began working with AMB hygiene in 2008 as our sole chemical supplier. Our aim was to work with a company which took an interest in our business with practical suggestions in improving our hygiene practices, staff training and auditing. We have used AMB’s services and expertise in many areas such as regular training, tackling stubborn hygiene issues, implementation of new procedures, updating old procedures, improving chemical usage and efficiency, independent auditing of our site, concentration testing and in addition help with personnel and initial/periodic deep cleans.Since we began working with AMB, the improvement has been extremely visible for ourselves and our customers. We are often commended on our hygiene standards, training and procedures. We have confidence that our hygiene staff are fully aware of their roles, the chemicals they use and procedures for cleaning.
