Cooker Boil-Out Additive

Cooker Boil-Out Additive is a detergent additive to assist the removal of difficult ‘baked-on’ and carbonised organic soiling deposited onto food preparation and food processing equipment.

Cooker Boil-Out Additive is an alkaline liquid product designed to be used as a soak or spray additive to caustic detergent (e.g. CBP 55, CBL 33 or CBL 45) to assist with the removal of heavy organic soil deposits from food equipment e.g. cookers, ovens and fryers etc. The product contains surfactant to provide excellent wetting and soil penetration. The high level of powerful scale control agents will also prevent scaling in hard water conditions.
