CBL 47

CBL 47 is a heavy-duty circulation cleaner for the removal of organic soils from food preparation and food processing equipment, including Holding Tanks, Pipelines, Heat Exchangers and Cookers etc.

CBL 47 is a highly alkaline detergent designed to remove heavy soils from food equipment and utensils e.g. holding tanks, pipelines, cookers, heat exchangers and ovens etc. It is low foaming and contains a blend of caustic alkali and scale control agents, which will provide excellent soil penetration and removal.  CBL 47 will perform best in soft or medium hard water.   CBL 47 may also be used in the brewing industry for fermenter vessel cleaning using the addition of AMB Hypochlorite to enhance the overall cleaning performance.
