How to Use Our Softwash Detergent

Using our solution correctly is key to getting the best results for your exterior surfaces. Follow these simple steps to ensure effective and thorough cleaning in your spaces:

Prepare the Area: Clear the surface of loose dirt, leaves, or debris before applying the detergent to help the solution penetrate the surface more effectively.

Dilute the Solution: Always add the softwash detergent to water (not the other way around) and mix thoroughly. Use the recommended dilution rate based on surface type and level of soiling.

Apply Evenly: Use a sprayer, mop, sponge, or cloth to apply the diluted solution across the surface, ensuring full and even coverage.

Let It Sit: Leave the solution on the surface for 5-10 minutes to allow the active ingredients to break down grime, mould, and microbial buildup.

Scrub if Needed: For tougher residues or areas with biofilm, use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the surface.

Rinse (If Required): Rinse the area with clean water if needed, depending on the surface and level of buildup, and then let the surface air dry or wipe down as needed.

NOTE: 5 litres of diluted solution will treat approximately 100-150 square metres, depending on the surface condition. Follow all surface-specific care guidelines to ensure compatibility and safe application.
